Empowering Growth Through Inclusion

Who we are
Inclusive Pathways Education was born out of the idea of putting people at the heart of everything we do. Having worked in education for the past seven years, across a variety of roles, it is clear that this is unfortunately not often the case.
We will always listen to our clients, put their interests and ambitions at the centre of our planning and ensure that our programmes are developed with their voices at the core.
We are by our nature an inclusive organisation and that means that everyone's view matters and is integral to developing and sustaining meaningful and positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Services we offer

1:1 Mentoring
Authentic and tailored programmes are designed to be entirely person centred. All relevant stakeholders will be consulted in the creation of bespoke plans with the interests and ambitions of the individual at the heart of them.

Small Group Mentoring
For those people for whom a small group setting is more appropriate, then needs of the individuals will still be at the core of the offer. However, the shared interest in social interaction and developing skills associated with working in this context will also be a central tenet of any programme.

Private and small group Tutoring
1:1 and small group tutoring for both KS3 and in preparation for Functional Skills and GCSE English Language and Literature is another service we provide. Having extensive teaching experience across KS3 and KS4, as well as being an AQA marker for many years, we are committed to developing not only a person's academic progress but also their love for the subject.
